Awaken Your Intuition and Basic Chakra Exploration

In this 6 week interactive class, you will learn the unique ways that your intuition speaks to you. The class will build a foundation of presence, awareness, and intention. Trusting your intuition will become part of your everyday life.

As part of this process we will explore the ways your body speaks to you through your energy system, also known as chakras. You will get to connect with each chakra and see what it has to communicate with you. There will be discussion, sharing, guided meditations, and fun, easy exercises.

This class takes place from the comfort of your home in a group online session.
You will receive handouts after each class with the basic information covered.

Cost: $180 for 6 classes, handouts, and an Mp3 of the class.

Participants will receive 25% off of a healing session with me for up to 6 months after the class.
